The inspiration for this fabric gift bag came from my desire to make a reusable, lined, reversible fabric gift bag that I could easily close without the use of a drawstring. There are two sets of ties on this bag that make it easy to insert a gift and quickly tie closed. Cheers!

This is a beginner sewing tutorial. Most supplies required are ones that quilters typically have on hand:

Cotton exterior fabric, cotton interior / lining fabric, basic sewing supplies, rotary cutter & mat (or scissors), ruler, point turner (or That Purple Thang), iron, ironing board, pins, and coordinating thread.
